The DGYB Board meets monthly and the Calendar provides details.

The meetings are held at the DGYB Office at 5120 Belmont Road, Unit B.

Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. 

All are welcome to attend these open meetings.

The DGYB Board of Directors annual General Membership townhall meeting with an election of two officers to the Executive Committee did take place on Thursday November 8th. Chairman Dunn reviewed 2018 and informed the audience that DGYB has plans to add outdoor player/coach skill training. The Sox Academy will provide instructors to work with each team ages 8-16. April 20 and May 5th will be the primary dates. Look for an email in the coming weeks.

Mr. James Tremmel and Mr. Jim Sharwarko were elected to terms as Vice-Chairman and Treasurer. Many Thanks to Jim and Jim for their service to the community.

Chairman Dunn presented two important bylaws revisions for ratification. Moving into 2019 DGYB will now hold the General Membership meeting in the Spring likely an April date. Potential nominees for Executive Committee positions must contact the committee chairman by January 15th.

In an effort to drive community participation the board will move the meeting into the Spring. We plan to combine league information with overall organization reporting and election of officers on the same evening.
